He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Mullinax; and his brother-in-law Doyce Gaskin. He is survived by: his son Cody Mullinax of Boaz; his grandchildren, Noah Mullinax and Makayla Mullinax; his mother Ruth Mullinax of Boaz; his brother Lamar Mullinax of Crossville; his sister-in-law Pam Mullinax of Crossville; and his sister Connie Gaskin of Albertville.
