He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Callen; his children, Richard Callen III (Kathy), Willie Callen, Phillip Callen Sr. and Rose Callen; his caregiver Denise Johnson (Magic); his siblings, Betty Holt, Mary Johnson, Sadie McElroy, Helen Williams, Lula Callen, Ethel Callen and Benjamin Callen; and his grandchildren, Jaylen Mitchell, Richard Callen IV, Wealth Sullivan, Trenton Sullivan, Rico Callen, Phillip Callen Jr., Carlisa Mitchell, Courtney Fralin, Aziria Callen, Nichole Thurman and Myia Thurman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
