She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Ruffin and Odell Davis Ruffin; her husband Eddie Lee Moorer; and her siblings, Harvey Ruffin, Flora Phillips (Jim Henry), Leo Ruffin Jr., Willie Davis (Mary) and Susie Linda Davis Ellis.

She is survived by: her siblings, Gwendolyn Ruffin Colley, Vernita Burrell (James), Juanita Ruffin (Winston Brown) and Samuel Davis Jr. (Daphne); her sister-in-law Lynn Ruffin; her nephews, Joseph Ruffin and Carlos Davis (Jacqueline); and her close friends, Thelma Coleman, Linda Klyce and Mildred Boney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
