With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillie Hampshire of Prichard, Alabama, born in Carlton, Alabama, who passed away on March 27, 2023 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fuller and Hilda Fuller; her husband Ben Hampshire; her children, Sandra Jean Hampshire and Dwight Hampshire; her granddaughter Nakeysha Hampshire; and her siblings, Robert Fuller Jr. and Carrie Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Julia Pate, Naomi Scypes, Lindbergh Hampshire (Mamie), Alexander Hampshire (Cookie), Matthew Hampshire (Diana), Robert Hampshire (Linda), Lamar Hampshire (Rita), Connor Hampshire, Sheila Isaac (Joseph) and Angeline Hampshire; and her caregiver Bonnie Brown. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 27 great- grandchildren, 6 great- great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
