He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hines, Jr. and Ardella Buford Hines; and his brother Henry Hines III. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Buford (Sharon), Edward Hines (Anita), Fredrick Hines (Sandra), Maxine Moore (Jessie) and JoAnn Gable (John); his friend Carolyn Williams; his sister-in-law Sandra Hines; and his niece Erica Deeds. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and friends.
