It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bmcs Orazio Mancarella Sr. of Prichard, Alabama, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Mancarella and Addolorata Abbasciano Mancarella (Lucia); his brother Giuseppe Rubera; and his daughter-in-law Jennica Mancarella. He is survived by: his stepmother Vincenzina Rubera Mancarella; his wife Lillie B. Knight; his children, Orazio Jr., Genice Beavers (Ken), Gisella Ward (Perry), Gina Moore (Daniel) and Gabrelle Mancarella; and his siblings, Paula Mancarella Wood (Michael), Giuseppe Mancarella (Rosie), Ottavio Mancarella, Antonio Mancarella (Theresa), Marcello Mancarella, Salvatore Rubera, Giuseppina Rubera (Corrado), Sebastian Rubera, Paolo Rubera and Carmelo Rubera (Giuseppina). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a host of in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
