She was predeceased by: her husband Milton "Bud" S. Eisenhower, Jr.; her parents, Joseph T. Booth, Jr. and Aileen C. Booth; and her brother Joseph T. Booth, III. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer E. McCluskie (Mike); and her grandsons, Christopher M. McCluskie, Casey E. McCluskie (Jami) and J. Kyle McCluskie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sally's memory to the University of Alabama Department of Education.
