She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" McClain and Ella McClain. She is survived by: her husband Johnny L. Hood; her daughters, Jenny Maddox (Brandon), Leslie Cannon (Chuck) and Stacey Green (Brett); her grandchildren, Austin Green, Ian Maddox, Alaina Green, Noah Maddox, Elle Maddox and Owen Taylor; and her siblings, Emmy Hunt (Steve), Bill McClain (Sandy) and Nelson McClain (Glenda).
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Of Christ Cemetery (7717 Lightwood Rd, Marbury, AL 36051).
