She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clark Cook and Irene Cook. She is survived by: her children, Guy Hayes (Wendy), Ray Hayes (Wendi) and Cheryl Popham (David); and her grandchildren, Star Hayes, Shane Hayes, Chris Hayes and Desiree Turner. She is also survived by many other grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.
