She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Crain Dubose and Quinton E DuBose; her grandmother Alma Lee Crain; her cousin Sharon Summerlin; and her pet Gidget.
She is survived by: her husband Wesley Carl Meyer; her daughters, Miranda Madison Meyer, Melena MacKenzi Meyer and Marceea Maysun Meyer; her close friend Traci; and her pets, Tsuki and Opal.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eastside Baptist Church (4884 Ward Basin Rd, Milton, FL 32583).
The family thanks everyone who sent their support over the past year during Merita's cancer battle, whether financially through the GoFundMe, or just through kind words or prayer.
