He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Northington and Jennie Northington; his former wife Sandra Northington; his sister Margaret Northington; and his son Peter Northington.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Northington of Prattville; his children, John Northington (Tonita) of Homewood, James Northington of Prattville, Stephen Northington (Brittany) of Prattville, Pamela Northington of Berry and Juanita Biddle (Lloyd) of Prattville; and his brother Peter Northington of Prattville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and one great-grandchild.
