He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Arnold and Lela Arnold; his brother Jesse Arnold; his wife Ann; his brother Harold O. Arnold, Sr.; his nephew Hal (Harold Arnold, Jr.); and his son-in-law Gary Stripling.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Arnold and Linda Carol Stripling; his grandchildren, Walker Stripling and Sarah Garner; his grandchildren-in-law, Olivia and Trey Garner; his great grandchildren, Ford, Jones and Hobbs Garner; his nephew Michael Arnold; his niece Lisa; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harold Arnold, III, Eric, Jacqueline and Rebecca; and also Sarah Arnold.
