He was predeceased by: his parents, Celine Delaby and William D. Manley. He is survived by: his wife Faye Manley; his children, James G. Manley, Celena Eubanks (Michael) and William C. Manley (Kathy); his brother Thomas O. Reed (Rachel); and his cousin Doyline Thomas. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
