She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Delehay Sheffer Sr.; her parents, Robert Wilkins and Ellen Wilkins; and her sisters, Evie Lee Thompson and Daisy Cargill.
She is survived by: her sons, Albert D. Sheffer Jr. (Kathy) and Robert Alec Sheffer (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Chad Sheffer (Marissa), Alecia Sheffer and Laura Douberly; her great grandchildren, Zach Sheffer, Kendall Sheffer, Keeli Simersky, Jackson Simersky, Kaitlin Douberly, Megan Douberly and Hayden Douberly; her nieces and nephews, Susan Seamon, Nancy Waters, Kim Fulton, Bobby Herring and Dawn Ray; and her close friends, Ursula Fladung and Audrey McNeil. She is also survived by other cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends.
