With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darwin Robert Runyan of Prattville, Alabama, born in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on October 21, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Darwin Robert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Runyan; and his parents, Vinton Darwin Runyan and Rosalie Carter. He is survived by: his children, Belisa Runyan Weaver (Glen Weaver) and Benson Rex Runyan; his grandsons, Daniel Ryan Weaver (Kristina) and Dustin Blake Runyan (Laura); and his great grandchild Asher Everett Weaver.
