He is survived by: his wife Patricia Harris; his children, Scott Eli Harris (Melissa), Patrick Si Harris and Jennifer Buppi Harris (Leslie); his granddaughter Panda Lie Dodson (Brenden Shipp); and his sister Calla Davis (Robert).

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Alabama National Cemetery (3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115).
