He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Perkovich; his sons, Cayden and Lincoln; his parents, Charlotte Perkovich and Joseph Perkovich; his grandmother Jenny Melton; and his siblings, Jason Perkovich and Jenna Eason. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alabama National Cemetery (3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115).
In lieu of flowers the family would requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
