He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oswald and Bert Star Oswald; his brother Jackie; and his sister-in-law Janice Jones. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jones Oswald; his daughter Barbara Cheryl Batchelor (Gerald) of Prattville, AL; his grandson Justin Lee Batchelor of Prattville, AL; his siblings-in-law, Roy and Judy Byrd of Enterprise, AL; his niece Stephanie Jones Wilson (Kim); and his nephews, Tod Jones (Marilyn), Shane Jones (Amy), Scott Byrd (KD) and Eddie Byrd. He is also survived by five great-nieces.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meadowlawn Cemetery (6121 AL-27, Enterprise, AL 36330). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Meadowlawn Cemetery (6121 AL-27, Enterprise, AL 36330).
