He was predeceased by: his father Arthur. He is survived by: his pet Holladay, Sr.; his children, Trey Holladay (Rebecca) and Stephanie Cannon (Brian); his sisters, Lisa Jinright and Patricia Holladay; and his grandchildren, Noah Henson, Chase Robitaille, Ashton Cannon, Brianna Cannon and Berkley Cannon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Esophageal Cancer Awareness Association in his memory.
