She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert G. Chance, Sr. and Bessie Laurel Godwin Chance; her husband Milton Pendley; her grandson Cory Pendley; her great grandchild Helen Gray; and her brothers, Gary Chance, Clem Chance, Jimmy Chance, Eddie Chance and Johnny Chance.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond Al Pendley and Carol Gray (Mark); her grandchildren, Brian Gray, Jeremy Pendley (Jessica), Leslie Simmons (Ty), Clint Pendley, Eric Gray (Haley) and Brent Pendley (Grace); her sister Amanda Bolton; and her stepsister Faye Lynn Arnold. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
