She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennie Hand and Herman Hand; her siblings, Arnold Hand and Carolyn Miller; and her son Scott Palmer.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Palmer; her sons, Chad Palmer (Beverly Palmer) and Todd Palmer (Lisa Palmer); her grandchildren, Jessi Beasley, Trey Palmer, Meagan Daly and Michael Chandler; and her great grandchildren, Althea Beasley and Cohen Palmer.
