He is survived by: his wife Teresa Medlen; his siblings, Mike Medlen, Dy'Adra Medlen, Liz Justice (Tommy), Chris Peppers-Duggan, Pam Sasser (Jim) and Fred Medlen (Cindy); his sisters-in-law, Terri Coggins Eiland and Pamela Harris (Donny); his children, Jasmine Downing (Jeff), Amy Medlen (Bobby), Alex Medlen (Jaiz), Nikita Medlen and Lee Medlen (Leiah); his grandchildren, Izzy Razavi, Julian Razavi, Ryan Medlen, Zinnia Medlen, Alexander Medlen and Atlas Medlen; and his mother-in-law Grace Veazey.
