She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Hatcher and James Robert Druhan (John); her siblings, Kathleen Druhan Geil, James Robert Druhan and John Hatcher Druhan; and the father of her children Selwyn Horace Turner, Jr..

She is survived by: her husband John Bankhead Davis; her children, Kathleen Turner Kennedy (Jim), Selwyn Horace Turner III (Elizabeth), James Druhan Turner and Alletta Turner Brown (Stephen); her grandchildren, Whiting Inge Mostellar (Hamp), Margaret Erwin Inge, Alice Turner Frost (Richard) and Selwyn Horace Turner IV (Caroline); her stepchildren, John Bankhead Davis, Jr. (Liza), Lou Ann Davis Barlow (Johnny), Steven Lewis Davis (Lynn) and Louise Bankhead Davis; and her stepgrandchildren, John Bankhead Davis III, Brooks Andrew Davis, Grayson Elizabeth Davis and Hugh Davis Barlow. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
