He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver S. Livaudais, Jr. and Isabella Hughes Livaudais; his son Paul F. Livaudais; and his brother Oliver S. Livaudais III. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen and Laura; his wife Eleanor F. Livaudais; his son Charles H. Livaudais, Jr; his sister Isabella; his brother-in-law Dr. Benton Cason; his nieces and nephews, Isabella (Houssaye), Nadia (Houssaye), Benton (Houssaye) and Elise Frantzen; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Ford, Jerry and Charla Ford.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association or to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
