He was predeceased by: his mother Becky Rorie. He is survived by: his father Bill Rorie. He is also survived by family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Usrey Funeral Home (21271 US-231, Pell City, AL 35125). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (600 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Birmingham, AL 35211).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind in Talladega, AL and specifically to a fund Todd often gave to (The Christmas in July Endowment Fund).
