Bivens (Emily), Lisa Bivens and April Lopez; his grandchildren, Cooper Bivens and Kristen Boone; his sister Marie Casper; his uncle Jesse Bivens; his cousin Wayne Williams; and his pet Dillon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
