He is survived by: his children, Lester McDaniel (Sarah) and Mary Ruth Harrell (Larry); his grandchildren, Mayim, Zion McDaniel, Aiden, Avari, Austin, A'Noah and Auriyana Harrell; and his siblings, Dennis McDaniel (Amanda), Cindy Wallace (Gene) and Liz Thompson (Chris).
