It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lina Evans Meadows of Pleasant Grove, Alabama, who passed away on August 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Stanley Meadows; her parents, Early J. Allen Evans and Iola Lumpkin Evans; and her siblings, Early J. Allen Evans Jr., Clarence "Bubber" Evans, Mary Raney, Jewel Evans, Doris Frizzell, Helen Carwile, Montez Gasset and Christine Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Ferguson (Roger) and Stan Meadows; her grandsons, Barry Ferguson and Bart Ferguson; her great grandchildren, Ashley Ferguson and Cassidy Ferguson; her great great grandchild Jackson Tibbs; her brother Langon "Buddy" Evans; and her sister-in-law Annette Evans. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
