She is survived by: her husband James Michael Maddox; her children, Hunter Maddox (Amanda), Leslie Collier (Lee) and Laney Savage (Wes); her grandchildren, Landon Collier, Lana Katherine Collier, Elijah Luke Savage and Lemmy Rae Maddox; her sister Leigh Caglarsu (Fevzi); her mother-in-law Rae "MawMaw" Maddox; and her pet Maddie. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
