He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leath and Doris Leath; and his brother William R. Leath. He is survived by: his children, Johnathan Leath (Ashley) and Kristina Leath; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Baker, Hayden, Hannah Cate Leath, Audrie Gay and Abigail Garrison; and his siblings, James P. Leath (Donna) and Lisa L. Sims. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Pleasant Grove Cemetery Fund at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, 452 9th Ave., Pleasant Grove, AL, 35127.
