He is survived by: his wife Dolores Bedford Scarborough; his children, Charles Phillips Scarborough IV and Carrie Scarborough Crumpton; his grandchildren, Hunter Crumpton of Montana and Olivia Odgen Scarborough; and his son-in-law Tommy Eldred Crumpton.
