She is survived by: her children, Joylee Ann Cope (Chip), Richard L. Carter, Jr., Mary Smaniotto and Susan Meeks (Phillip); her brother Gary Holmes; and her grandchildren, Crystal Dixon, Christopher Cope, Bethany Chancellor and Andrew Meeks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
