She is survived by: her son Tony E Nichols (Mary); her grandsons, Tracy Nichols, Craig Nichols and Samuel Nichols; her great grandchildren, Hunter Lamberth (Giorgia), Lexi Nichols, Kenzi Nichols, Brady Nichols, Zachaery Liveoak, Cherish Liveoak, Ragan Cleckler and Morgan Nichols; her great great grandchildren, Adelline Nichols, Brycen Nichols, Paisley Liveoak and Gabby Liveoak; her foster daughter Janice Smith; and her caregiver Shannon Jones.
