He is survived by: his wife Ethel Upshaw; his children, Torrey Upshaw Tremayne Upshaw (Taneisha), Travis Upshaw, Sheanna Glenn (Jeffery) and Kierra Upshaw; his siblings, Clarence Upshaw (Alberta) and Linda Minger (William); his close friend Lilian Mae Williams; his nieces, Vivian Upshaw, Vicki Upshaw, Valerie Upshaw, Komekia Upshaw, Alisha Upshaw, Neetra Upshaw, Cleshawn Upshaw and Shekia Upshaw; and his nephew Issac Upshaw. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and friends.
