He is survived by: his daughter Ashley White Lewis (Westley); his siblings, Patricia White, Sharon Young (Donald), Joyce McKee and Roy White (Rosemary); and his grandchildren, Addison Lewis and Eastley Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
