He is survived by: his wife Cathy Brewster O'Shields of Pisgah, AL; his daughters, Brandy O'Shields of Chattanooga, TN and Leah Smith (Brad) of Ider, AL; his stepsons, Samuel "Joey" Roden (Dianne) of Trenton, GA and Jason Roden of Starkville, MS; his sisters, Martie Bell (JC), Sand Rock and Gail Hunt (Jess) of Sand Rock, AL; and his grandchildren, Jacob Smith of Ider, AL, Traye Meadows (Nicole) of Ider, AL, Brent Meadows of Ider, AL, Madison Roden of Trenton, GA, Jordan Roden of Trenton, GA and Breelie Smith of Ider, AL.
