He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle Frost and Evalene Frost; his aunt MJ; and his uncle Jean Frost. He is survived by: his wife Laketa Frost; his daughters, Emily Smith (Richard), Amy Partin (Scott) and Erin Berry; and his grandchildren, Bode, Koen Smith, Hugh, Trig, Wynn Partin and Callie Berry.
