She is survived by: her husband Donnie Ray Headrick; her sons, Philip Headrick and Stan Headrick; her grandchildren, Jason Williams (Nicole), John Headrick (Heather), Christy Pearson (Matt), Christina Foster (Brian), Jesse Headrick, Shaley Headrick, Logan Phillips Reynolds (Eli) and Kahne Phillips; her great grandchildren, Payton, J. J., Lexie, Cassidy, Skylar, Jake, Colton, Caelyn, Addyson, Quinley, Ethan, Rylee and Landon; and her siblings, Cheryl Phillips (Terry), Debbie Minter (Joe) and Charles Kilgore (Peggy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
