She is survived by: her children, Jessica Hammett (Drew) and Jeremy Lawley (Tanya); her grandchildren, Jada, Jailey, Nola Lawley and Parker Hammett; her mother Bessie Wadkins Shirley; and her siblings, Beverly Trece (Gary), Vickey Lambert (Budder) and Gary Shirley (Wayne McConathy).
