He is survived by: his wife Joyce Collins; his children, Lisa Collins, Tracy Collins, Chanda Koger (Shane) and Kelvin Collins (Susan); his son-in-law Orlan Bethune; his grandchildren, Chase Bethune (Meghan), Brandi Bethune, Ethan Bethune (Scarlet Rodriguez), McKenna Privett (Bronson), Austin Talley, Grayson Talley, Carson Talley, Ryan Koger, Adelyn Koger, Brad Collins (Jennifer) and Brennan Collins; his great grandchildren, Connor, Skyleigh Bethune and Carter Collins; and his siblings, Floyd "Buddy" Collins, Elizabeth Akins and Mattie Manning.
