He is survived by: his wife Buna Lacy; his children, Pam Justus (Tommy) and Mike Lacy (Cindy); his grandchildren, Lacy Justus and Haley Lacy; his great grandchildren, Reagan Frasier and Isayah Frasier; and his sister Winslow Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
