He was predeceased by: his parents, Hafford Monroe and Lillian Forestine Roberts Fairbanks; his son Zachariah Fairbanks; and his brother Roland Fairbanks. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bradford Fairbanks; his children, Brandie Chisenall (Keith) and Cain Fairbanks; his grandsons, Jackson Fleming and Nathan Tidmore; and his brother Dwight Fairbanks.
