She is survived by: her sons, Donnie Slayback (Nancy) and Danny Slayback (Fran); her grandchildren, Wade Slayback, Misty Slayback, Scotty Slayback, Brian Daniels and Donna Daniels; and her siblings, Marie Sparks, June Secrist, Joyce Parker, Ronnie Dean, Ricky Dean, Rita Placer and Linda Jones.
