He is survived by: his wife Jan Stewart of Pisgah; his children, Chase Stewart of Bridgeport, Travis Stewart of Bridgeport, Nikki Mason Morris (Jerry) of Pisgah and Brianna Mason of Pisgah; and his siblings, Jerry Stewart (Shirley), Helen Collins (James) and Marsha Dawson (Harold). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
