He is survived by: his son Joshua Schultz (Maria); his wife Annette Long Schultz; his son Justin Schultz (Victoria); his grandchildren, Addison, Jacen, Jaiden and Sawyer Schultz; his mother Shirley York Schultz; and his brothers, Brent Schultz (Donna) and Matthew Schultz (Stephanie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
