He is survived by: his father Michael Wayne Lewis (Brittany) of Pisgah, AL; his wife Taylor Sway Lewis; his son Christopher Michael Lewis, Jr.; his grandparents, Mike, Debbie Lewis and Billy Nifong; his siblings, Chase Shrum (Sammi) of LaFayette, GA, Destiny Lewis of Pisgah, AL and Hayle Johnson (Brandon) of Rossville, GA; his niece Hazel Rivera; and his nephews, Riley Goff and Jameson Goff. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
