She is survived by: her children, Terry Wayne Mathews (Karen), Kay Mathews Wilson (Charles) and Bobby Dale Mathews (Carla); her grandchildren, Amy Rae Sullivan (Rusty), Matthew Charles Wilson (Brandi), Trenton Lee Mathews (Macie Blair), Harmony Ann Mathews, Terry Wayne Mathews, Jr., Thomas Ray Mathews and Trevett Scott Mathews; her great grandchildren, Will, David, Katie Brooke, Chase Sullivan, Mackenzie, Blake Wilson and Julianna Mathews; and her sister Norma "Puff" Walden (Joe). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
