She was predeceased by: her father John Sistrunk; her stepfather Thomas Duchock; her grandmother Clastell Cobb; her nieces, Nicole and Ashlynn Bates; her nephew Jordan Bishop; her father-in-law Claude Clay; and her brother-in-law Fred Clay.
She is survived by: her husband Michael T. Clay; her daughters, Mycalee Stults (Sandon) and Chrystal Sheppard; her mother Raynell Duchock; her sister Lynn Bishop (Ollis); and her grandchildren, Olivia, Mylee, Michael Stults, Lexie, Kaylie Williams and Charlie Sheppard. She is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, and other extended family and friends.
