He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica Patrick; and his uncle Sam. He is survived by: his wife Diana Dawn Patrick; his son Russ Patrick (Olga); his grandsons, Aidan and Sam; his parents, Harry Patrick and Betty Patrick; his niece Bethany Montgomery (Tom); his great-niece Harper; and his uncle Ricky Patrick (Bev). He is also survived by cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers Russell ask for donations to be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
