She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Leitch (Michael) and Christy Goodwin; her siblings, Micky Horn, Henry Horn (Leah) and Susan Yarbrough of Sarah Horn; her grandchildren, Autumn, Austin, Summer and Ashton; her great grandchild Michael Thomas; and her close friend Van Busby. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
